Mike G. Johnson

Performance on guitar

Bookings

When not wailing on electric guitar with his Jazz / Latin / Funk quartet "The Bozwell Incident", or when not accompanying vocal virtuoso Debra DeCamp in their Acoustic Classic Rock duo "Wild Moon", Mike is available for performing at restaurants, clubs or private functions, or wherever a solo guitar is appropriate in Ogden, Layton, Park City, Logan and Salt Lake City. Using nylon string and steel string acoustic guitars, a digital delay and a "looping" pedal, he performs an eclectic mix of material from all genres, including jazz, blues, rock, bluegrass, classical, flamenco, new age, world and folk.

Performances can be configured one of 2 ways, depending on the venue's budget. Mike can perform by himself on solo guitar, or with drums / percussion accompaniment for a little more energy and musical diversity. See the audio samples below to get a feeling for each.
